Self-Discovery Through Creative Arts - Samhain

Welcome

As we transition into the darker months, you are invited into a nourishing day of insight, creativity and community, held online.

An opportunity to honour ourselves as Beings of this world, to re-member ourselves as part of nature, rather than something separate or Other.

In our modern world, it is all too easy to exist outside of nature’s rhythms; society often dictates we carry on regardless of seasonal change. For this day, you are invited to drop into an intentional space aligned with the natural energies around us.

This event is for all helping professionals who connect through empathy and non-judgement. We shall join together online between 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM GMT, with plenty of time away from screens. Please note: the event is being held on Sunday 8th November to give space for those of you who celebrating October 31st

In the Celtic language Samhain translates as "Summer’s End". Traditionally, October 31st marked the end of one year and November 1st the beginning of the next. When we pause to notice the world around us this makes profound sense; the year in nature is coming to a close, harvests are gathered, plants prepare for rest as animals make ready for wintering.

Throughout the day we will hold a gentle pace, with regular opportunity to reflect and pause. Consider this gathering a warming gift to yourself, a space to witness and to be seen. We will weave meditations, folklore, poems and creative arts, within both community and personal process.

£35 for the whole day.

More information about the day will be shared nearer the time.

I look forward to welcoming you in November.

Warmly
